What data we process
When you visit this website we process technically necessary server data, in particular IP address, time, page requested, browser information and error codes. The site is hosted by Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL in the Frankfurt (eu-central-1) region. Server logs are generally deleted after 14 days. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
If you contact us via WhatsApp we process your phone number and the content of your enquiry in order to reply. General enquiries are stored for up to six months; WhatsApp consultations generally for up to 90 days after they end. We process information about health or sexuality only with your explicit consent under Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR. Please do not send ID documents, payment data or complete medical records.
WhatsApp is provided by WhatsApp Ireland Limited. Consultations currently take place only via WhatsApp. The email address is not for consultations; it is for privacy and data-subject requests. WhatsApp information:

Cookies and Meta Pixel
Necessary cookies keep the website working. We use Meta Pixel to measure advertising. Automatic Events, Advanced Matching and reading form fields are not used. We do not send consultation content, symptoms, diagnoses, information about sexuality or medication, phone numbers, email addresses, chat or form data.
